1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging RealFlow Tech LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any services, or by accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RealFlow Tech LTD provides custom software development, IT consulting, and technical support services. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

• Custom software and application development
• Web platform design and development
• IT consulting and technical advisory
• Ongoing technical support and maintenance

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work between the Company and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and feedback necessary for the delivery of services
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Use our services and deliverables only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials, access keys, or sensitive information shared during the engagement

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including rates, milestones, and schedules, are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month
• The Company reserves the right to suspend work on outstanding balances

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project
• The Company retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and methodologies, and grants the client a non-exclusive license to use them as part of the delivered solution
• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Company's own website and marketing materials remain the property of RealFlow Tech LTD

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship and does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.

7. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, APIs, or hosting services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of any third-party services. Their use is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealFlow Tech LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:

• The client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination
• The Company shall deliver all completed work and materials to the client
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Existing project agreements remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of signing.
